When you submit information through our contact form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You agree we may contact you about BaseFour in response.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all content, branding, and software, are owned by BaseFour and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services for your internal business evaluation.

Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Any figures on this site (for example, time saved or cost savings) are illustrative estimates and not a guarantee of results. BaseFour does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaseFour will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
